David founded the design firm, RealArchitecture Ltd. and the construction firm, UnrealConstruction LLC. He leads a team of 20 Dedicated Architects. He has designed and built and developed residential and commercial projects throughout the region. In 2003, Colorado Construction Magazine listed RealArchitecture/UnrealConstruction as both a top 10 design/build company and residential firm.

RealArchitecture is contracted to design and engineer the hotel for the Company for the fee specified in the Project Costs document. Additionally, Mr. Berton will coordinate with Marriott International for plan review at various phases of design and construction.

Hamant Patel is operator for Lotus Hotels, LLC which has over 25 years in the hospitality industry. Their team operates and owns 6 hotels including Hilton, Marriott and Best Western brands. 

Lotus is contracted to operate the hotel for a management fee of 4.5%. Lotus will provide the qualifications required by Marriott international to develop a Residence Inn brand. Mr. Patel will coordinate all brand standards during design and construction.

Venkata Guddanti & Sunitha Alli are Real Estate Developers developing properties in the Denver metro area for the past 10 years.
